Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 recipe Neapolitan Pizza Dough

The toppings

  • 1 batch whipped feta or other creamy cheese
  • 6-8 slices prosciutto
  • several big chunks fresh mozzarella
  • 1-2 pieces fresh peaches, sliced
  • to taste fresh basil
  • optional Rosemary olive oil
  • optional Raspberry balsamic or regular olive oil and balsamic

Instructions

  1. Stretch the dough into a circle about 8-10 inches and place it on a pizza peel lined with cornmeal.
  2. Spread a layer of whipped feta over the dough.
  3. Layer the prosciutto, chunks or slices of mozzarella, and finally the sliced peaches on top.
  4. Bake the pizza in a pizza oven, regular oven, or grill using one of the mentioned methods.
  5. Sprinkle chopped basil on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, and serve.
