Peach-Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Stretch the dough into a circle about 8-10 inches and place it on a pizza peel lined with cornmeal.
- Spread a layer of whipped feta over the dough.
- Layer the prosciutto, chunks or slices of mozzarella, and finally the sliced peaches on top.
- Bake the pizza in a pizza oven, regular oven, or grill using one of the mentioned methods.
- Sprinkle chopped basil on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, and serve.
