Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 1 10x13” Pillsbury’s Best Thin Crust Pizza Dough
  • teaspoons olive oil

The toppings

  • 1 cup shredded 2% Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ medium pear, sliced thin
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 teaspoon pre-made balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place the oven rack in the bottom third.
  2. Unroll the pizza dough on its parchment paper onto an ungreased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Pre-bake the dough in the oven for 7 minutes.
  4. Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, prosciutto, and pear slices.
  5. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 7-11 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  6. Top the pizza with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing and serving.
