Pear Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and place the oven rack in the bottom third.
- Unroll the pizza dough on its parchment paper onto an ungreased baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Pre-bake the dough in the oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove the dough from the oven and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, prosciutto, and pear slices.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 7-11 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Top the pizza with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze before slicing and serving.
