Prosciutto Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 pieces Udi's pizza crust (or your favorite)

The toppings

  • ½ cup Daiya vegan mozzarella cheese (or your favorite)
  • 4 slices prosciutto, very thinly sliced
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 Tbsp sweet balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375° or follow the package instructions for cooking temperature.
  2. Place the frozen pizza crusts on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread the vegan cheese directly onto the crust, then add the prosciutto and pepperoni slices.
  4. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or according to the package instructions if using a different crust.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with arugula and balsamic drizzle, then enjoy immediately.
