Berry with Arugula and Prosciutto Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and pizza stone or baking sheet to 475°F.
- Divide the pizza dough into 6 sections and stretch each to form a circle or oblong shape on a cornmeal-sprinkled surface.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Spread ricotta cheese on the crust, then layer with half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Top with half of the strawberries and raspberries, and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with arugula, torn prosciutto, and Parmesan ribbons.
- Add more rosemary, mint, a drizzle of olive oil, and season with flake sea salt and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately.
