Roasted Asparagus and Arugula Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Combine asparagus and red onion on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss to combine and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crisp tender, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Increase the oven temperature to 500ºF and heat a pizza stone if using.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to parchment dusted with cornmeal.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and top with mozzarella, goat cheese, and roasted veggies.
- Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with lemon zest, and top with arugula.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
