Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F or the highest setting.
- Mix lukewarm water, active dry yeast, and honey in a measuring cup and let it stand for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Prepare the toppings by mixing goat cheese, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt in another bowl.
- Dust a baking sheet with cornmeal or masa, then stretch the dough into a pizza shape.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the dough, leaving a border, then top with mozzarella, parmesan, and asparagus.
- Bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, add more red pepper flakes if desired, cut, and serve.
