Shaved Asparagus and Mushroom Pizza

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté green onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add flour and whisk, then slowly pour in soy milk and whisk until thickened.
- Roll the dough into a 10-12 inch disc and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread the sauce on the dough, add half the mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, shaved asparagus, remaining mushrooms, and emmenthal cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
