Grilled Peach, Basil and Vegan Goat Cheese Pizza

pizza dough, homemade or store-bought

vegan goat cheese

The balsamic reduction sauce

balsamic vinegar

tablespoons
coconut sugar

fine sea salt

ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the balsamic reduction by heating all ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat, stirring until it thickens.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and prepare the pizza dough by rolling it out to a 12-inch circle.
- Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and place it on the grill, cooking for 2-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
- Flip the dough and quickly add the toppings, then close the grill and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Check for doneness, move to indirect heat if necessary, then remove from the grill and slice.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction, allow to cool slightly, then serve.
