Ingredients

The pizza base

  • 4 pieces pita bread

The toppings

  • 2 small peaches
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups arugula
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
  • to taste balsamic glaze
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix goat cheese, milk, honey, and salt until smooth.
  3. Slice the peaches thinly.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on each pita bread.
  5. Top with peach slices.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the pita is crisp.
  7. Toss arugula with olive oil and salt.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with arugula and feta.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
