Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix goat cheese, milk, honey, and salt until smooth.
- Slice the peaches thinly.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on each pita bread.
- Top with peach slices.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the pita is crisp.
- Toss arugula with olive oil and salt.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and top with arugula and feta.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
