Easy Harissa Chicken

Instructions
- Prep the bell pepper and garlic.
- Place all chicken ingredients in the Instant Pot or Slow Cooker.
- For the Instant Pot, close the valve, select 'Manual' or 'High Pressure', and cook for 15 minutes with natural release or 20 minutes with quick release.
- For the Slow Cooker, cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
- Once done, shred the chicken with two forks and serve with cauliflower or white rice, fresh cilantro, capers, and creamy herb sauce.
