The cream sauce
Instructions
- Soak cashews in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Slice two onions and mix with bread crumbs, flour, and salt; bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Boil green beans until tender, then drain and cool.
- Sauté diced onion in oil, add garlic and mushrooms, then season with soy sauce, wine, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Blend soaked cashews with water until smooth, then mix with mushroom mixture and green beans.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with crispy onions, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
