Sheet Pan Citrus Salmon with Roasted Vegetables

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos (or soy sauce), orange juice, and garlic, then pour over the salmon and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place broccoli, bell pepper, and red onion on the sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the sheet pan with the vegetables, then sprinkle everything with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked.
- Divide the dish between plates and enjoy.
