Rosemary Citrus One Pan Baked Salmon
Ingredients
The marinade

orange zest

fresh rosemary

honey
The salmon and vegetables
-
10–12
ounces
sockeye salmon
-

small
orange (for slices)

cups
chopped/sliced veggies of choice

sea salt
-
to taste
additional seasoning or salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients and set aside.
- Grease a large baking dish and place the salmon skin side down, seasoning with salt.
- Brush the marinade on top of the salmon and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes while preheating the oven to 400°F.
- After marinating, add orange slices on top of the salmon and toss veggies with the reserved marinade.
- Place the veggies around the salmon in the baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
- Let the salmon rest for 3 minutes before serving and adjust seasoning to taste.
