Orange Glazed Salmon

skinless salmon fillets (6 oz each, 1-inch thick)

The sauce

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat.
- Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper, then add to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Transfer the salmon to a plate while keeping the oil in the pan.
- Add minced garlic and rosemary to the pan and sauté for 20 seconds.
- Pour in ¼ cup of chicken broth and simmer until mostly reduced.
- Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining 1 Tbsp of chicken broth with cornstarch, then pour it into the pan.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste, bring to a boil, and let it boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
- Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over it.
