The salsa

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then rub with honey and sprinkle with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the salmon on both sides.
- Transfer the salmon to a baking sheet and bake for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
- While the salmon bakes, prepare the avocado salsa by combining all salsa ingredients in a bowl and tossing gently.
- Serve the honey glazed salmon warm with the citrus avocado salsa.
