Honey Glazed Salmon

The glaze

honey

Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, tamari, sriracha, ginger, garlic, and lemon juice to make the glaze and set aside.
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the avocado oil.
- Place the salmon in the pan skin-side up and sear for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the salmon to skin-side down, add butter and the glaze mixture.
- Baste the salmon with the sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with green onion.
