Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or ghee.
- Place the salmon fillets in the dish and brush with the remaining butter or ghee, then sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, lemon juice, tamari, minced garlic, and cayenne pepper to make the glaze.
- Bring the glaze mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened.
- While the glaze is reducing, bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, adjusting based on thickness.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and spoon half of the glaze over the fillets.
- Top the salmon with green onion slices and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
