Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds.
- Add the honey, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper (if using), and chopped parsley to the melted butter.
- Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the salmon on top.
- Season both sides of the salmon with salt and ground black pepper.
- Spread half of the honey garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the salmon to prevent leakage.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap the foil and spoon out any excess water that has seeped from the salmon.
- Drizzle the remaining honey garlic butter over the salmon and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
