Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place the salmon in the center.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, dijon mustard, melted butter, lemon zest, honey, smoked paprika, basil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt until combined.
- Pour the mixture over the salmon and fold the foil to create a tent.
- Bake for 10 to 14 minutes until desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and turn the broiler on HIGH.
- Unfold the foil and broil the salmon for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly browned.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
