Garlic Butter Salmon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut 2-3 sheets of heavy-duty foil paper about 14x12 inches.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place it in the center of the foil.
- Divide the vegetables and arrange them next to the salmon, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, thyme, oregano, parsley, and paprika, then microwave for 30 seconds.
- Mix in lemon juice and chicken stock.
- Brush the salmon and vegetables with the garlic butter sauce and top with sliced lemon.
- Seal the foil packs and bake for 10-12 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with sliced lemons and sprinkle with parsley.
