Garlic Salmon with Butter and Lemon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and coat a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the center of the sheet.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, lemon zest, 2 tablespoons of parsley, and black pepper to create a paste, then rub it onto the salmon.
- In another bowl, toss green beans and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and remaining black pepper, then arrange them around the salmon.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the salmon and vegetables.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 135 to 140°F.
- Let rest for 3 minutes, then garnish with remaining parsley and serve.
