Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon, skinless

The seasoning and sauce

  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fine grain salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon regular black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 slices lemon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt the butter in a sauté pan and add the garlic, cooking for 30 seconds before removing from heat.
  3. Add parsley, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes to the butter mixture and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  4. Add white wine and lemon juice, allowing the mixture to reduce by half before removing from heat.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the seasoned butter over them, ensuring the seasoning covers the salmon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
  7. Serve with sides of your choice and garnish with lemon slices.
