Honey Sesame Glazed Salmon

The salmon

The glaze

unpasteurized honey

coconut aminos

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a measuring cup and mix well.
- Place the fish skin side down in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it, ensuring it's well coated.
- Cover the fillets with plastic film and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Remove the fillets from the glaze and place them on a paper towel to remove excess glaze.
- Simmer the glaze in a saucepan over medium heat until reduced by half, about 4-5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat and add the fillets skin side down, cooking until the skin is dark and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for another 5 minutes until the exterior is opaque.
- Remove from the oven, set to broil, and return the fish to the baking dish.
- Spoon some glaze over each fillet and broil until golden, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add more glaze over the fillets before serving.
