Honey Glazed Salmon

Instructions
- Pat the salmon filets dry and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger.
- Remove 1/4 to 1/3 of the marinade and set it aside.
- Marinate the salmon in the remaining marinade for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to 450ºF and let the salmon sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Spray the grill grates and place the salmon skin-side down, grilling for 4 minutes.
- Brush the salmon with the reserved marinade and grill for an additional 2 minutes.
- Flip the salmon and grill for another 2 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving with green onion and sesame seeds.
- For broiling, preheat the oven to high broil, place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet, and broil for 7 minutes.
- Brush with the remaining glaze and broil for 1 more minute until it reaches 140°F.
