Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon skin side up in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- While salmon is cooking, prepare the avocado salsa by mixing avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Season salsa with salt and pepper to taste and stir gently.
- Spoon avocado salsa over the cooked salmon fillets and serve immediately.
