Mango Salsa

Instructions
- Prepare the salsa by chopping all salsa ingredients and mixing them in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate to marinate.
- Mix garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the salmon seasoning.
- Rub salmon filets with avocado oil, then coat with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat a greased cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Place salmon filets skin side down in the skillet and cook for about 6 minutes.
- Flip the salmon filets and cook for another 5-6 minutes until done to your liking.
- Plate the salmon, drizzle with lime juice, and top with mango salsa. Add additional salt and pepper if needed.
