Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Mix salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin to create a spice rub and coat the salmon.
- Prepare the salsa by mixing all ingredients except avocado, then gently fold in the avocado.
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Quarter the lettuce and set aside.
- Grill the salmon for a few minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness, squeezing lime juice over it.
- Assemble the salad by tossing the lettuce with some dressing, placing it on a plate, topping with salmon and salsa, and serving with lime wedges.
