Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
The salmon

salmon fillet, skin on (cut into 4 equal portions)
The seasoning

tablespoon
avocado oil

lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat, around 400°F-450°F.
- Remove the salmon fillets from the refrigerator and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Lightly brush both sides of the salmon with avocado oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the clean grill grates. Close the grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Gently flip the salmon to cook flesh side down for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from the grill when the internal temperature reaches 130°F and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with lemon or other toppings as desired.
