Grilled Salmon

The marinade

Instructions
- Cut the salmon into 6 equal portions and place in a baking dish skin side down.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and olive oil until emulsified.
- Set aside 2 Tbsp of the marinade and spread the rest over the salmon, letting it rest for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and brush the grates with oil.
- Place the salmon on the grill skin side down and cook for about 4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Remove the skin from the salmon, plate it, and brush with the reserved marinade.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
