Marinated Grilled Salmon

The marinade

brown sugar

lite soy sauce

Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish or ziplock bag and add the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, turning the salmon halfway through if using a bag.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high (350º-400ºF) and clean it thoroughly.
- Lightly oil the grill with a paper towel.
- Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin side up, and grill for about 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Serve optionally on a bed of wilted spinach.
