Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 fillets skinless salmon

The marinade

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons finely minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons finely minced fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place salmon in a dish.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat during the last 10 minutes of marinating.
  5. Brush the grill grates with oil and place the salmon on the grill.
  6. Grill for about 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with more parsley if desired.
