Instructions
- Place salmon in a dish.
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat during the last 10 minutes of marinating.
- Brush the grill grates with oil and place the salmon on the grill.
- Grill for about 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve warm, garnished with more parsley if desired.
