Instructions
- Combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade for later use and add garlic to the bowl.
- Place the salmon in a resealable bag with the marinade, seal, and shake to coat.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
- Remove salmon from the marinade and scrape off excess herbs and garlic.
- For grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high and cook salmon for 5-6 minutes per side until opaque.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 425°F, place salmon on a lined sheet pan, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Brush reserved marinade over the salmon before serving with lemon wedges.
