Salmon Marinade

Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry and place it in a ziptop bag.
- Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon and seal the bag, removing excess air.
- Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
- Cook the salmon using your preferred method: bake at 400°F for 11 to 14 minutes for fillets or 15 to 18 minutes for a whole side, or grill skin-side down for 6 to 7 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 to 4 minutes.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes before serving.
