Ingredients

The salmon

  • 2 fillets salmon (4-6 oz each)

The marinade

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave
  • ¾ tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade ingredients.
  2. Place salmon in a ziploc bag and pour in the marinade, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
  3. Refrigerate the salmon to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  5. Pour the salmon and marinade into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
