Soy-Maple Glazed Salmon

The glaze

real maple syrup

Instructions
- Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the glaze over it.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, rotating the salmon halfway through.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F during the last 10 minutes of marinating.
- Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the marinated salmon into it.
- Bake the salmon for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until reduced to ¼ cup.
- Serve the salmon warm, drizzled with the glaze and topped with black pepper and green onions if desired.
