Easy Maple Glazed Salmon

The maple glaze

maple syrup

Instructions
- Allow the salmon to come to room temperature and pat it dry.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- For air frying, cook the salmon at 360°F for 5 minutes, then add the maple glaze and air fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- For pan searing, heat a cast iron skillet, add the salmon skin side up for 4 minutes, then flip, add the glaze, and cook skin side down for another 4 minutes.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 425°F, bake the salmon covered for 10 minutes, add the glaze, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.
- Allow the salmon to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
