Easy Maple Sesame Salmon

sesame seeds (1 Tablespoon per salmon fillet)

Instructions
- Marinate the salmon fillets in a mixture of maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Place the marinated salmon on the baking sheet and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Reduce the leftover marinade in a saucepan to create a glaze.
- Serve the salmon with the thickened glaze and garnish with scallions.
