Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the salmon in a 9-inch glass pan.
- Stir together the maple syrup and soy sauce, then pour the marinade over the salmon.
- Cover the dish with foil and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes, flipping the fish once while it marinates.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
- Serve warm.
