Instructions
- Preheat a gas grill to 425 degrees.
- Whisk together all chimichurri ingredients in a bowl.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Brush grill grates with oil, place salmon on the grill, and grill for about 3 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- Serve the salmon immediately topped with avocado chimichurri.
