The chimichurri sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Place the salmon skin side down on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness, then broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until crisp.
- While the salmon is baking, prepare the chimichurri sauce by blending all sauce ingredients in a food processor.
- Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes after baking, then spoon chimichurri sauce over the fillets and serve.
