Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and parsley.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, patting them dry with paper towels.
- Brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the olive oil mixture and season with sea salt and black pepper. Optionally, place a thin lemon slice over each fillet.
- Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
