Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 6-oz Salmon fillets

The seasoning

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced or crushed)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • optional Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and parsley.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet, patting them dry with paper towels.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the olive oil mixture and season with sea salt and black pepper. Optionally, place a thin lemon slice over each fillet.
  5. Bake the salmon for 10-15 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
