Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon dry and arrange it in the center of the pan, ensuring portions do not touch.
- Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and add your chosen seasonings.
- Bake the salmon for 11 to 14 minutes for fillets or 15 to 18 minutes for a whole side, until it reaches 135 degrees F.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with herbs and lemon.
