Ingredients

The salmon

The seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the salmon dry and arrange it in the center of the pan, ensuring portions do not touch.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and add your chosen seasonings.
  4. Bake the salmon for 11 to 14 minutes for fillets or 15 to 18 minutes for a whole side, until it reaches 135 degrees F.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with herbs and lemon.
