Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Arrange lemon slices in the baking dish and pat the salmon dry, seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon filets on top of the lemon slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and dill, then pour over the salmon.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and reaches 145°F.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.
