Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil, spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Lay lemon slices in the center of the foil.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper on both sides and place it on the lemon slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, oregano, and thyme, then pour it over the salmon.
- Fold the foil tightly around the salmon and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Open the foil and broil the salmon for about 2 minutes until the butter mixture thickens into a glaze.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F, garnish with parsley, and serve.
