Ingredients

The salmon

  • 12 ounces salmon

The lemon butter marinade

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

The honey mustard marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper

The maple marinade

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with olive oil or butter.
  3. Place the salmon in the pan.
  4. Prepare the marinade of choice by combining the ingredients in a small spouted cup and whisking together.
  5. Pour the marinade over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
