Chili Lime Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet

The marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Mix together the garlic, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, honey, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil.
  4. Place the salmon on top of the foil.
  5. Spoon the chili-lime mixture over the salmon to cover it.
  6. Top with chopped cilantro.
  7. Wrap the foil around the salmon to seal it.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  9. Serve immediately.
