Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, cayenne pepper, and half of the cilantro in a bowl and mix well.
- Marinate the salmon in the mixture while the oven preheats.
- Transfer the salmon to a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, top with remaining cilantro, garnish with lime, and serve immediately.
