Honey Lime Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper

The sauce

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For garnish

  • to taste lime wedges
  • to taste parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  4. Heat a skillet with the olive oil and add the salmon, cooking for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
  6. Roast the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
