Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Heat a skillet with the olive oil and add the salmon, cooking for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the honey mixture into the skillet, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
- Roast the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.
