Ingredients

The marinade

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • to taste chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine lime juice, Sriracha, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Marinate the salmon in the mixture while the oven preheats.
  4. Transfer the salmon to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and top with chopped cilantro before serving.
