Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and honey until well combined.
- Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the salmon on top, seasoning both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Spoon the Garlic Sriracha mixture over the salmon to cover it completely.
- Wrap the foil around the salmon tightly to prevent leaks.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
