Garlic Sriracha Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon fillet

The marinade

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha, and honey until well combined.
  3. Lay out two large sheets of aluminum foil and place the salmon on top, seasoning both sides with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spoon the Garlic Sriracha mixture over the salmon to cover it completely.
  5. Wrap the foil around the salmon tightly to prevent leaks.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Serve immediately.
